The company started its activity in the year 1991 as a partnership organization, namely Digital Communication & Control with an aim to manufacture Railway safety signaling & communication system. With utmost effort the company partly fulfilled their goal and has received RDSO/ Ministry of Railways approval for different safety signaling items like Tokenless Block Instrument, FM Transmitter & Receiver , Fail Safe Time Delay Device, DC-DC Converter , Filter Unit, Fail Safe flasher , Block bell Equipment, Block Telephone & Q-Series Signalling Relays and Communication items like V.F. Transformer, 2T/3T transformer, Light Weight Portable Control Telephone.
The company is engaged in development of other Special type of Signalling Relays which are under process of Railway approval.
The Company has necessary infrastructure at Webel Industrial Estate (Govt. of W.B.) for manufacturing such products.
The Company has become a Private Limited Company on and from 1st day of April '2005.
The company is a SSI unit with NSIC & ISO 9001/2015 Certification. The company is constantly engaged in the area of development of new signaling / communication items incorporating updated technology based on both hardware and software. The company have the necessary infrastructure, skilled manpower and financial capability to execute bulk requirement with a stipulated time frame. The major clientele is INDIAN RAILWAYS and other Govt. undertaking like RVNL, RITES, IRCON, etc.
