It is suitable to operate from battery on float/boost charge with battery charger. The DC/DC Converter is of natural air cooled type and is suitable for indoor use. It is available in shelf/floor type. The converter is provided with self resetting type protection for under voltage/over voltage of input and overload /short circuit of DC output. The equipment is designed to work satisfactorily in the temperature range from 0°C to 60°C with relative humidity upto 95%.
The electronics time-delay device should operate satisfactorily either from primary or secondary cells or unsmooth full wave rectifier supply from single phase, 50 HZ sinusoidal AC Supply. The rated current, voltage and ambient temperature should be as follows : -
