DESCRIPTION :

DTMF Based Electronic Block Bell & Block Telephone Equipment is suitable for communication on 2W which serves the purpose of both the conventional Block Bell Equipment and Block telephones. It consists of 1) Tone & Speech Control Unit and 2) Handset.
The system permits working of Voice Communication and signaling on two wire circuit for point to point communication. The “DTMF based Electronic Block Bell & Block Telephone Equipments” should be connected back to back in “point to point” communication mode. ‘Tone & Speech Control Unit’ is housed in an Aluminium Cabinet with ABS Handset. The equipment is protected from surge, transient and acoustic shock. Electrodynamic transmitter & receiver are used ensuring clear conversation between two phones with 20 dB attenuation.
The termination in the Front and Rear Panel are as given below:
FRONT PANEL - One 5Pin plug-in type Connector for Handset, Push to Call Switch, Call and Power indication is provided.
REAR PANEL - Three terminal blocks for ‘24V Power Input’, ‘Ext. Contact N/O’ and ‘2Wire Line’ respectively and one Battery terminal for Earth are provided.
